Biography

Frances Rathke has served as a member of our Board of Directors since May 2021. She has also served as a member of the board of directors of John Hancock Investment Management since September 2020, a member of the board of directors of Planet Fitness since August 2016, a member of the board of directors of Northern New England Energy Corporation since April 2016, a member of the board of directors of Flynn Center for Performing Arts since April 2016 and a member of the board of directors of Green Mountain Power Corporation since January 2016. Ms. Rathke was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. from October 2003 to August 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Vermont and previously was a certified public accountant.
